120-Night Returns

With so few returns and so many happy sleepers, we’re confident to now offer a full refund minus a return admin fee of just $95 on our side tables within 120 nights. We’ll simply pick up your order for return, or donate it to charity!

Simple conditions apply: Please keep the boxes to avoid any potential extra costs (could be stored flat in the garage). If you are outside our free delivery area and we charged you an extra fee, this fee is non-refundable.

Care

No special care is needed: we use a water-resistant, natural vegetable oil finish designed to protect the timber. It can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap when required.

Free Delivery

Free standard tracked delivery (2-10 business days) to most of Australia, with notifications on the day of delivery. Melbourne & Perth: choose a delivery window at no cost.

This product is dispatched from either our Factory in Wangara, Perth WA or Melbourne, VIC with free delivery to most Australian metro areas.

Perth Delivery

For deliveries within 1 hour of Perth, we usually use a local delivery driver, who usually heads out on Saturday’s from 10.00am until early afternoon. An alternate day can be arranged.

Perth Pickup

You can opt to collect your order from our warehouse in Wangara. Collection is simple and easy, we’ll notify you when it is ready and you can pick it up during office hours, or at another time by appointment.

Style Meets Sustainability: Solid Oak Bedsides

Our timber comes from PEFC and Responsible Wood certified plantation forests, which means all trees are replanted for a sustainable future.

Our Bedside's are manufactured with a native Australian hardwood, Tasmanian Oak which has a more traditional wood colour and grain. Sourced only from certified plantations in Australia – this timber has been a sought after and staple of Australian furniture for many decades.

A note about solid timber: As we use 100% sustainable solid timber, all pieces have unique knots & grains. These grains do not impact strength and durability, but adds character and can’t be compared to engineered finishes like veneer (which usually has a consistent finish, although are more prone to chipping and peeling).

Frequently Asked Question

Our new bedside table range is made from the same materials as our Timber Bed Bases. They are hand-made in Vietnam from Solid Plantation Tasmanian Oak and finished the same too (with natural low-VOC Biohouse Oil).

  • Our timber comes from certified 100% regrown plantation forests 
  • Our Tasmanian Oak is from Tasmania
  • Australian Forestry Standard (AS4708:2013), which is internationally recognised by the Program for the Endorsement of Forestry Certification (PEFC).
  • Further, all suppliers passed international certification for effective Environmental Management Systems (ISO14001:2015).

Yes. Our bedsides are designed and manufactured with Tasmanian Oak (clear) to complement our bed bases in both Tasmanian Oak Clear (best match) and Rose Gum.

The total height of the sides also complements our 29cm timber bed frames.

All of our timber products are finished with a food-safe natural vegetable oil Wood Wax from Biohouse, because they’re 100% plant-based and food safe, and contains no silicon. This product is a great choice for maintaining furniture in a safe, natural way, that protects and maintains the wood against harmful factors.

As we use 100% sustainable timber, all pieces have unique knots & grains when they’re sourced. We try our best to colour-match without promoting any wastage. These grains do not impact strength and durability, but adds character and can’t be compared to engineered wood!

This means that all Bedside Tables will match beautifully to our Timber Bed Bases, even if the timber has a colour variation. 

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) are carbon-based chemicals that easily become vapours or gases.

Our Bedside's are solid wood so this means that any pure wood itself naturally emits a very low level of VOC’s into the atmosphere, and is not considered severely toxic. Our Hardwax wood oil (Biohouse) also has low-VOC content.

We are confident that our Timber Bedside Tables will not significantly impact what’s called, ‘Offgassing’ as solid wood naturally emit this as you breathe. 

We are determined to maximise our eco-friendly practices wherever possible. 

Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners when required.

If needed, you can reapply a light coat of oil every few years to keep the timber nourished. We recommend contacting us for oil suggestions!

Unfortunately, we do not make any custom changes to our Bedside range. This includes changing any design or dimensions of the Bedside.
